Built to be your long-term Salesforce partner

Steady support, genuine connection, and 15 years of Salesforce expertise—dedicated to keeping mission-driven organizations running at their best.

Our journey

From high-stakes projects to lasting partnerships

After 17 years in IT and 15 years with Salesforce, I stepped back from the pressure-driven consulting world to do something more meaningful: provide ongoing, dependable support to organizations that are making a real difference. Today, Aloysius Carroll Consulting serves advocacy groups, animal rescues, and mission-driven nonprofits across Indianapolis and beyond—as a steady, trusted partner, not just a project vendor. We also help the people behind those missions with everyday services like dog walking, pet sitting, power washing, trash can cleaning, and headshot photography.

Our Team

Experienced hands, mission-driven heart

We're a small, focused team dedicated to helping purpose-led organizations build Salesforce systems that work for their people and their mission.

Implementation Support

Team Partnership

We work closely with your team to implement Salesforce solutions that fit your mission. Every project combines technical expertise with genuine care for your organization's success.

What clients say

Real relationships, real results

Organizations we've worked with value our focus on understanding their mission and delivering steady, sustainable Salesforce solutions.

As a small nonprofit, we needed someone who would treat us like a priority, not a minor client. Aloysius did exactly that. He made our Salesforce system work for our team, not against it.
